Prior to commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, to show the following changes: (b) The window at first floor level to the walk in wardrobe (west elevation) shall be a high level window only. (c) The window to the stairwell on the west gable elevation, shall be non-openable and fitted with obscure glazing. (d) The windows at first floor level on the eastern elevation to the bridge connection, WC and vanity area shall be fitted with obscure glazing.
