4. The applicant shall to submit revised plans for written agreement demonstrating provision of cycle parking in accordance with the requirements of Table 1 of Appendix 5 of the Dublin City Development Plan, 2022-2028 for both the existing dwelling and proposed apartments. 7 no. long stay to include 1 no. adaptable/cargo bike space and 3 no. short stay, shall be provided. Details of the type, design and layout of cycle parking proposed shall also be provided. Long term cycle parking shall be provided in a secure, sheltered, well lit and conveniently accessible facility. Visitor cycle parking shall be designed for use by the general public and located in a highly visible area for ease of access.
