3. The applicant shall comply with the following transport requirements of the Planning Authority a) Within 2 months of the Final Grant, the Applicant shall submit to the Planning Authority a revised drawing for written agreement, showing a vehicular / pedestrian entrance with a maximum width of 3.0 metres. The vehicular entrance shall not have outward opening gates. The applicant shall construct the vehicular entrance within 2 months of a written agreement in accordance with the revised drawing approved under this Condition.
