4. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council; (d) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The Applicant shall indicate how the Foul and Surface Water are designed on an entirely separate system. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
