Description

13. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Air Quality Monitoring & Noise Control Unit of Dublin City Council: a) Prior to the commencement of development, a Construction Management Scheme shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement. The Plan shall clarify how the developer aims to mitigate and monitor the impact of noise, vibration and air emissions on the local area and prepared in accordance with the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Units Good Practice Guide for Construction and Demolition.
