5. The development hereby approved shall incorporate the following amendments: a) Apartment unit ‘1B2P_09_03’ at the 9th floor level shall be omitted from the scheme. The space vacated by this omission shall become part of the adjoining 86 sq m communal amenity terrace. b) The proposed half basketball court at podium level shall be omitted and replaced by appropriate landscaping. c) The new apartments at levels 7 & 8 along the northern elevation / Newmarket Square shall be finished with the same materials approved on the lower floor levels of this elevation. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings.
