3. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer of Dublin City Council; a) In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written approval of the Planning Authority: i) Revised drawings showing the retention of the historic boundary wall to Warner Lane. ii) Detailed method statement for raking out and repointing the walls and any repair works to be carried out. The method statement should address both the stone and brick walls and display that the works will be carried out in line with best conservation practice and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage’s Advice Series. Site exemplars for the removal of pointing, raking out and repointing for the historic wall shall be agreed on site with the Conservation Officer prior to works commencing.
