5. (b) A sample of the proposed cladding and window system of the proposed structure shall be submitted to the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: In order to protect the original fabric, character and integrity of the Protected Structure at 11 Brighton Road, its setting and curtilage, and to ensure that the proposed works are carried out in accordance with best conservation practice.
