12. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Environmental Health Section of Dublin City Council; a) The works must be carried out having regard to a revised Construction Management Plan submitted with the application. The plan must be written having regard to this Unit’s Good Practice Guide for Construction and Demolition (below link). The plan must be approved by the Planning Department before work commences.
