5. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Officier shall be fully complied: a) The applicant/developer shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: (i) Details regarding interventions, if any, required to the fire lobbies to ensure privacy for the occupants of the apartments. (ii) Confirmation of the storage to the sides of the chimneybreasts, omitting full-height fixed units and ensuring the prominence of the chimneybreasts within the front and rear rooms.
