2. The applicant/developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Conservation Section: f) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: (i) A detailed window survey shall be carried out demonstrating the condition of all windows. The window survey should include a detailed description of the existing timber windows and detail any surviving historic glazing. It should include detailed photographs of the existing windows. Details of the extent of the required repairs to each window shall be outlined.
