Description

16. The developer will retain the professional services of a qualified Landscape Architect throughout the life of the site development works and their appointment shall be notified to the planning authority prior to commencement of the works. The submitted landscape scheme shall be fully implemented prior to occupation of any housing units. The landscape scheme shall be modified subject to a review of tree group retention at T 994.
