6. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Environmental Health Officer, Air Quality and Noise Monitoring Unit: a) A construction management plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for review by the Air Quality Monitoring & Noise Control Unit before works commence. The Air Quality Monitoring & Noise Control Unit’s Good Practice Guide for Construction and Demolition shall be used to draft the construction management plan. REASON: To protect existing amenities.
