5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Environmental Health Division of Dublin City Council: a) A Construction Management Plan shall be prepared on behalf of the developer and contractor. This Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing, by the Planning Authority, prior to commencement of development. This plan shall be developed with reference to the ‘Construction and Demolition Good Practice Guide’ produced by the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit of Dublin City Council.
