4. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: d) On completion of site investigation and determining the exact location of the public sewer a layout drawing indicating setback distances from the public sewer to the foundations of the proposed dwellings shall be submitted for written agreement with DPPDC Section prior to the commencement of the development. e) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
