3. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council shall be complied with: a) The applicant/developer shall resurface the laneway in front of the proposed mews development to the requirements of the Area Engineer, Road Maintenance, the exact details of which including the extent of resurfacing shall be agreed in writing prior to the completion of development with the Planning Authority. Materials shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council. The upgrading works to the laneway shall be completed in full prior to the occupation of the development.
