8. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Planning and Development Control Section: b) The flood mitigation measures outlined in the Site Specific Flood Risk Assessment shall be implemented. Full details of the mitigation measures shall be submitted for approval prior to commencement of the development. c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. The proposed green & blue roofs shall be implemented in full. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be submitted for approval prior to commencement of the development. i) Full details of any drainage works required to facilitate the upgrade of existing public footpaths and carriageways (relocation of existing gullies, installation of new gullies, etc.) shall be agreed with the DPPDC section prior to commencement of the development.
