11. The development shall comply with the following: (a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall liaise with the National Transport Authority (NTA) to ensure that the proposed development and phasing of works comply with the requirements of the Core Bus Corridor (CBC) Blanchardstown to City Centre with regard the lands required to facilitate the Core Bus Corridor on Prussia Street, details of this engagement and any works or phasing on foot of it shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority.
