7. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Environmental Health Section: Noise Control and Air Quality Control - Demolition and Construction Phase a) This unit would request that a construction management plan be submitted and that this units Good Practice Guide for Construction and Demolition be used to draft the construction management plan. This should be submitted to planning and the Air Quality Monitoring & Noise Control Unit for reviewing before works commence. This unit would classify the development as ''High Risk'' according to the risk matrix criteria outlined within the Good Practice guide for Construction & Demolition document.
