Description

6. The development shall comply with the transport and access requirements of the planning authority, including surface materials, parking standards, provision of EV charging, and compliance with the Code of Practice. The details shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: To facilitate safe pedestrian and vehicular access within the proposed development.
