3. The development shall be revised, as follows: (a) The external width of the proposed dormer shall be reduced so that it measures a maximum of 4.8m in width. (b) All proposed bathroom/ensuite windows shall be permanently glazed with opaque glass. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the building. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
