25. a) Where existing historic boundary walls are being retained, the applicant shall submit a method statement for the careful removal of embedded vegetation, and agree the final presentation of the walls in writing with the CO/Planning Authority, the objective being to incorporate, retain and express the patina and existing opes (closed up where necessary).
