3. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Council’s Transportation Planning Division: a) Within 1 month after the date of this grant of permission, the applicant shall submit revised drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, showing the following: i. A vehicular/pedestrian access no greater than 2.65 metres in width located as close as possible to the boundary of No. 40 Griffith Drive, Dublin 11. ii. Reinstatement of a portion of the front boundary wall to provide a vehicular entrance no greater than 2.65metres in width.
