5. The following requirements of the Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control Section (DPPDC) of Dublin City Council shall be complied with: b) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The Developer’s submission includes a proposal to construct a soakaway as part of this development. The design and construction of soakaways must comply with the requirements of BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C753. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
