16. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: a) Prior to commencement of the development, a revised cycle parking and access plan providing 7 no. resident cycle parking spaces shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. Resident cycle parking shall be sheltered, secure (key/fob access, separate from hotel use) and well lit. Cycle parking design shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked. Runnel access shall be provided on the stairs. East of access and manoeuvrability to cycle parking spaces should be demonstrated. Electric bike charging facilities shall be provided.
