4. The developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Conservation Division: (d) The proposed window to the first floor bathroom in the rear return shall be timber in lieu of the proposed aluclad and revised drawings shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Conservation Officer. (f) In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the Conservation Officer: (i) The applicant shall clarify how the extant drainage runs currently fixed below the existing window at ground floor (that is proposed to be modified to be a door) will be dealt with. The applicant shall confirm how changes in level will be addressed. The applicant shall submit detail drawings at a scale of 1:20 which describe the proposed door design, which shall be timber. The applicant shall also provide existing and proposed internal elevations at a scale of 1:20 showing the existing condition of the architrave and its retention/modification in the proposed French door arrangement. (ii) The applicant shall submit a revised proposed eaves detail, showing the proposed external insulation tapering towards the top of the wall, so that an overhang of the slates over the proposed wall finish is achieved. The applicant shall also provide a detail drawing at a scale of 1:10 showing the junction of the return with the main building, ensuring that the proposed insulation does not encroach upon the existing opening at ground floor. (iii) The applicant shall provide calculations demonstrating the proposed area of PV panels required and shall show the proposed PV panels on the proposed elevation and section drawings. Should additional PV panels to those proposed on the return roof be required, the Conservation Division suggests that the applicant considers locating them on the roof of the modern extension, or shall provide sufficient justification for providing them on the rear slope of the main roof. Revised drawings shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Conservation Division.
