5. Drainage The developer shall comply with the following drainage requirements: -The development shall comply with the Greater Dublin Regional Code of Practice for Drainage Works Version 6.0 (available from www.dublincity.ie Forms and Downloads). The drainage for the proposed development shall be designed on a completely separate foul and surface water system. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction. All private drainage such as, downpipes, gullies, manholes, armstrong junctions, etc. are to be located within the final site boundary. Private drains should not pass through property they do not serve. In accordance with Policy SI24 of the Dublin City Council’s Development Plan 2022-2028 all surface water run-off from the new/ extended domestic driveways, repaired/ replacement driveway and vehicular entrance shall be managed through the use of SuDS, ensuring no increase in surface water discharges to the public drainage network.
