Description

7. Prior to commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority, a detailed landscaping plan amended as follows: a) Removal of the bin and bike storage to the front of this Protected Structure. b) The proposed cobblelock surface for the driveway omitted and replaced with an appropriately coloured gravel, which can be contained in the front garden by the introduction of appropriately coloured granite block setts set within the depth of the swing of the new vehicular gates. c) Retention of the mature evergreen trees to the front of the Protected Structure. It appears that adequate turning circles can be achieved for vehicular entrance and egress, when the cars are relocated to the opposite side of the gate.
