Description
6. Prior to commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit the following details for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) A method statement for the careful removal of historic fabric to facilitate the new vehicular entrance shall be submitted. b) A full drawing survey including photographic record of existing boundary walls and detailed schedules of any repair and reinstatement works to the original walls. c) Details of any raking out, re-pointing of the stonework and any other associated repair details shall be submitted. d) Full details of the new boundary wall surrounding the property. All new elements shall match historic walls. e) Details of the historic stone coursing, sizes of stone, and specification and methodology for the proposed harling of the wall as well as proposed colour choice shall be provided.
