5. Prior to commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit the following for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) Drawings at 1:10 scale of the proposed gates. The dimensions and proportions shall be accurately based on the survey of the extant gates and the proposed new boundary railings between the Protected Structure and the subject site to include the following details: i. The dimensions of all metal components that make up the new gates and railings. ii. How the brackets for the gates and railings will be fixed into the walls. iii. The name of the contractor who will fabricate the gates and railings. The completed drawing will form part of the as-built record of the proposed works.
