Description

EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The works will consist of: Restoration of existing roofs, valleys, parapets and rainwater goods. Roof works to include replacement of damaged natural slates, new felt and insulation; timber splice repairs where required. Chimney flues relined where required. Provision of safe access to roofs via rooflights (there are two extant rooflights which will be upgraded plus one additional proposed) and attic ladder access internally.
