3. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit a revised set of drawings, to show the following amendments, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) The proposed second floor (half landing) extension containing the new bathroom shall be omitted. b) The new window on the side gable elevation to the storage area shall be a high level window only. It shall be fitted with obscure glazing, and shall be inward opening only. c) The window on the first floor rear elevation to the new home office shall be a high level window only. d) The new first floor terrace shall be provided with a privacy screen, of high quality material, to a height of not less than 1.8 meters. e) The existing front dormer window shall be retained, and the developer shall omit the two proposed front dormer windows from this development. This may require a revised internal layout at second floor, and the omission of one of the bedrooms. The bathroom that was omitted under Part (a) may, if so required, be provided at this level in lieu of one of the bedrooms. f) Details of refuse storage shall be submitted and agreed in writing for both the commercial and residential unit.
