7. The following requirements of the Council’s Transportation Planning Division shall be adhered to: (a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised drawing for written agreement of the Planning Authority, showing the location of an additional 3no. bicycle parking spaces on site. Following written agreement, the proposed spaces shall be constructed and ready for use prior to occupation.
