5. The applicant shall comply with the following Archaelogical requirements: 3) An archaeological method statement for impact mitigation (including temporary and enabling works) shall be provided in advance to the City Archaeologist. The method statement shall contain a detailed archaeological and historical desktop study of the subject site, to include industrial heritage. A copy of the license application to the National Monuments Service shall also be provided. 4) The applicant shall provide the Planning Authority with a methodology for the protection (including monitoring during demolition) of all walls within the Deanery complex that may be impacted by the development. This is to include a photographic record of all the relevant walls prior to demolition and works. This shall be written by a suitable conservation/archaeological specialist.
