2. In the interest of ensuring that a clear and accurate record is provided for the executed works, the Developer shall submit, within 6 months of the final grant of planning permission, the following information for the written approval of the Planning Authority: a) Revised plan drawings which include room reference numbers for the previous and executed arrangements, cross-referenced to Part II of the AHIA, to ensure clarity and consistency on all rooms referred to in the written description. b) Ensure the room names are the same as those included in Part II of the AHIA. c) Photographs of the executed works (as-built) in each room. d) Drawing No. 1260 of secondary glazing to 3no. windows in (new) Theatre 2 (not included in the information submitted, and referred to in the AHIA 5.1.3 page 16). e) Clarify the contents/layout/services of Plant Room (former coffee room) and Tea Room (former Accessible Changing Room) indicated on Drawing No. RVHCAT-02-HC-00-DR-RAU-AR-6201 Cataracts Theatre 1 Plan As Built. f) Colour-coded plan to accompany the written description of the chronological development of the hospital.
