3. Prior to commencement of development the applicant/developer shall consult with the Parks, Biodiversity and Landscape Services Division of Dublin City Council to ensure that all replacement trees, shrubs and planting on the site are of species which are appropriate for fostering local biodiversity and are non-invasive. Following consultation, the applicant/developer shall submit an amended landscaping plan incorporating the above, and shall obtain the written agreement of the planning authority in relation to this. REASON: In the interests of amenity, ecology and biodiversity.
