5. The following requirements of Transportation Planning shall be adhered to: a)The existing entrance shall be reduced in width to a maximum of 3.0 m. The remaining front boundary wall shall match the existing height and materials. The entrance shall not have outward opening gates. Within 3 months of a Grant of Permission, the applicant/ developer shall submit revised drawings demonstrating the above changes and timeframe for construction. These details shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement prior to the commencement of development.
