7. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit: a) Noise Control and Air Quality Control - Construction Phase A Construction & Demolition Management Plan shall be prepared on behalf of the developer and contractor. This Construction & Demolition Management Plan shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing, by the Planning Authority, prior to commencement of development. This plan shall be developed with reference to the 'Construction and Demolition Good Practice Guide' produced by the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit of Dublin City Council. The hours of operation during the construction & demolition phase shall be restricted to 7.00am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 8.00am to 2.00pm on Saturdays. Permission to work outside of these hours must be subject to the approval of Dublin City Council.
