21. The applicant shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: c) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant/developer shall agree in writing with the planning authority and in consultation with the NTA, the following details for the South Bank Link Road: i. A revised design of South Bank Link Road, including revision to the bus gate, cycle lanes, east/west pedestrian crossings, and the junction with South Bank Road including tie-in with existing levels. The revised design shall demonstrate an interim one-way entry only junction, and shall further demonstrate a future two-way signalised junction with South Bank Road and White Bank Road can be accommodated. ii. A timescale for the delivery of the interim one-way entry system and the opening up of the South Bank Link Road junction with South Bank Road. iii. All materials and works shall be DCC taken in charge standards and in accordance with the Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council.
