9. The developer shall comply with the following Conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: (d) All repair of original fabric shall be scheduled and carried out by appropriately experienced conservators of historic fabric. Full repair and reinstatement schedules (condition surveys, specifications and methodologies) shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement prior to commencement to avoid further damage to original fabric and ensure that the character of this historic structure in this prominent location is protected. (e) In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit 1:10 details of the proposed signage identifying proposed materials, fixing details, method of lighting etc. to the Planning Authority for written agreement.
