5. Prior to the commencement of development and due to the proximity of the adjacent railway line, the applicant shall agree with Iarnrod Eireann the method for the construction and maintenance of the development insofar that it is agreed that the method does not rely on the entering or affecting of Iarnrod Eireann property or associated infrastructure. Written confirmation of an agreement shall be submitted to the Planning Authority Any alterations to the development hereby approved, necessary to meet the requirements of Iarnrod Eireann, shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. Reason: In order to ensure that the applicant to maintain his / her building, without the need to enter Iarnrod Eireann Property.
