4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: d) The Applicant is requested to submit final drawings of same for the written approval of the Planning Authority: (i) Provision of appropriate articulation on the concrete band that forms the balcony to third floor level that incorporates acceptable weathering and the efficient disposal of water from the surface. (ii) Provision of movement joint locations on the principal elevation that articulate the individual residential units in a considered manner. (iii) Provide details that ensure the efficient disposal of water from window sills and that allow visually acceptable weathering of the building. (iv) Details of appropriate planting for the third floor terrace, notwithstanding its northern aspect. (v) Outline locations for external entrance lighting, wiring routes for broadband access (if required) that will avoid incidental clutter at a later stage reducing potential adverse impact on the overall design and the setting of the Protected Structures. Reason: In order to protect the original fabric, character, setting and integrity of the Protected Structures at Nos. 611, 613, 615 and 617 North Circular Road, and to ensure that the proposed works are carried out to avoid any damage to or adverse impacts on the Protected Structures.
