2. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a Method Statement for the written agreement of the Planning Authority. The Method Statement shall address the following: (a) Indicate the location of associated equipment such as pipe routes and/or hot water tanks. (b) Detail any new openings, maintenance hatches, fixing of panels and how service routes will be accommodated through the roof structure. Any impacts on surviving historic fabric shall be minimised. (c) The location of any solar batteries. (d) Details of any roof timbers and/or floor joists that need to be strengthened for structural reasons. Reason: In the interests of sustainability, preserving character and the amenity value of the area.
