6. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control Section (DPPDC) of Dublin City Council; ii) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
