6. The following conditions of the Planning Conservation Section shall be complied with: b) All new interventions to the roof including the introduction of cowls, flues and inverted dormer finish shall be fully detailed. Associated internal ductwork and internal enclosure to the inverted dormer shall be designed to minimise impact (visual and physical) on the internal roof scape. i. Detailed drawings, specifications and methodologies for all new elements (internal & external) to be submitted to the Conservation Officer for approval.
