2. The applicant shall comply with the following Conservation Section requirements: c) In advance of works commencing the applicant shall submit the following information to the Planning Authority for their written agreement: I. A full room by room photographic internal survey across the entire building, particularly in rooms where interventions are proposed, that shall identify internal features such as cornices, joinery including doors and door surrounds, the stairs, skirting’s, fire breasts and fireplaces. II. Revised floorplans omitting the removal of the hearthstone, and boarding up of the fireplace on the second floor. The demolition of the wall between living room and hall at ground floor and alteration of the door in to the living room on the ground floor shall be omitted. III. Clarification regarding the proposed works to the second floor, specifically the proposed works to the door from the stair landing in to bedroom 4. IV. A detailed methodology for the proposed structural works and interventions required to facilitate the enlargement of openings at ground level to the rear elevation. V. The extensive loss of historic primary fabric at ground level is not supported and shall be reduced. Revised drawings showing the extent of fabric removal across the rear elevation at ground floor level reduced to 3m as a maximum in total. VI. Revised methodology for the proposed removal of cement render and re-rendering of the building. The proposed cement render shall be omitted and replaced with lime. VII. Details of the proposed foundations to support the new garden building that would ensure no impact on the extant historic boundary walls.
