Description

10. The developer shall comply with the following requirement of the Transportation Planning department of Dublin City Council: a) Prior to commencement of development and on appointment of a main contractor, the applicant / developer shall submit a detailed Construction Management Plan. This plan shall provide details of intended demolition practice for the development, including traffic management, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of construction waste. The plan shall include details of construction related traffic management proposals including haul routes, set-down and employee related parking, site hoarding and pedestrian safety management. The plan shall clearly outline any license requirements.
