5. The applicant shall comply with the following drainage requirements: (iv) The Developer’s submission includes a proposal to construct a soakaway as part of this development. The design and construction of soakaways must comply with the requirements of BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C753. The Details of the proposed Soakaways will be agreed in writing with the Drainage Division prior to commencement of the works
