Description

10. Prior to commencement of development full details of the materials, colours and textures of the external finishes shall be submitted to the planning authority and written agreement obtained. All materials to be used shall be of a high quality, construction materials and detailing shall adhere to the principles of sustainability and energy efficiency and high maintenance detailing shall be avoided.
