21. The applicant shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: h) Prior to commencement of development, the following revised bike parking provision and details shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement: i. Residents long term cycle parking shall be increased to 1 per bedroom and a greater variety of cycle parking stands shall be provided. The non-standard e.g. cargo bike parking ratio shall be increased. ii. Staff cycle parking shall be in a fully separate compound, and residential bike parking compounds shall be future sub-divided to provide increased security. iii. Details of cycle parking compounds, bike stands, operational dimensions and aisle width shall be provided. Regard shall be had to the Cycle Design Manual (NTA 2023). iv. Cycle access routes from surface level and at basement level shall be clearly detailed.
